Markeim Arts Center along with The Borough of Haddonfield is pleased to announce the resumption of First Friday - Haddonfield for the year 2010!

Haddonfield hosts the First Friday event each first Friday of the month from 5-9pm. The goal of First Friday Haddonfield is to bring patrons to Haddonfield through art and the art of entertaining. Throughout the business district musical, visual & performing artists are situated curbside with art exhibitions, interactive art demonstrations, live music, theatrical and dance performances. Visual artists are invited to display and sell their work once their registration is completed.

Please review the online Application & Agreement and let us know via e-mail if you are interested in participating. Once you have decided to participate, kindly forward the application via return email or to the Haddonfield Information Center (the address can be found on the agreement). You will be asked to send 3-5 digital images of your work and an artist statement or biography. There are no fees involved.

The First Friday events are an easy and important avenue for visual artists’ work to be seen and purchased by the general public. We truly hope that you will take advantage of this great opportunity. Through collaboration with Markeim Arts Center, the Borough of Haddonfield will be featuring and highlighting some works of participating artists on: www.firstfridayhaddonfield.com
